#7 Set custom named backfeed queue

Queue *:todo:backfeed is the standard we queue to, perhaps we can allow for a custom queue to be set? This should be an existing offloaded queue, or the queue should be added to a list to be offloaded.

Perhaps something like *:todo:backfeed:CUSTOM where custom is a custom name, and all queues under *:todo:backfeed* are offloaded.
