#7 Set custom named backfeed queue

Queue `*:todo:backfeed` is the standard we queue to, perhaps we can allow for a custom queue to be set? This should be an existing offloaded queue, or the queue should be added to a list to be offloaded. Perhaps something like `*:todo:backfeed:CUSTOM` where custom is a custom name, and all queues under `*:todo:backfeed*` are offloaded.
